Unfortunately we do not have access to the payment and billing data. You can only terminate the contract yourself through the contractual partners Apple or Google. It’s pretty easy to do if you follow the instructions linked below.
If you have an Apple device, you can manage your subscriptions via your iTunes account and also note the cancellation there. You can find more detailed instructions here: https://support.apple.com/HT202039
Procedure for Android
If you have a Google device, open Google Play and go to “My Apps” and then “Subscriptions” in the menu. There you select the package from NavShip and cancel it. The subscription then remains active until the end of the term and is no longer automatically renewed.
