We value respectful interaction, this community standards apply to all texts that you write in the NavShip app or website. In case of violations, we may issue warnings to individual profiles and, if necessary, suspend them completely. It is also prohibited to post third-party advertising in the public forum or to use and post the intellectual property of others without permission.

The following are prohibited, both in public posts and in private messages:

• Selling or offering animals of any kind
• Insults
• Threats
• Discrimination
• Racism
• Far-right ideology
• Using quotations without properly citing the source
• Using illegal symbols or sharing content from illegal organizations
• Copying other people’s posts and publishing them on other platforms

The internet is not a lawless space. In particularly serious cases, criminal charges may be filed. Please note that we may store messages and posts (even after a deletion request) for the legally permitted period and, if necessary, make them available to the authorities for further investigation, provided this is permitted both legally and from a data protection perspective. The assessment of these requirements is always limited to the individual case.

These community standards also apply to the derivatives of the NavShip app, including the boat routing website and boat routing app.
