In the app
You can request a new password at any time in the app in the side menu via “My Account” and “Forgotten Password”. To do this, you must enter the email you used to register with NavShip. We will then send you an email with further information.

On Boatrouting.com (NavShip Web)
Tap Login in the top right and then Forgotten Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with a reset code.

Please note that registration is always actively carried out by you. This means that in the case of a premium booking, an account is not automatically created with which you can log in with your Apple ID or Google email address, for example. You can easily test yourself whether you have an active account by trying to log in. We will send you an email to your email address informing you whether or not you have an account with us. You can then easily register a free account using your email address.
